Turmeric Scrambled Eggs

Give your morning scrambled eggs a boost of flavor with our organic Fortified Turmeric Powder! This simple vegetarian recipe will change how you make your eggs forever. With only three ingredients, these scrambled eggs are amazing in morning tacos with some avocado. The turmeric gives this dish a beautiful color, plus plenty of antioxidants.

Ingredients:

  • 2 organic eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon FeelGood Turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon unsalted butter

Instructions:

  • Whisk together all ingredients in a bowl for about 30 seconds.
  • Warm up a pan to medium low and melt butter.
  • Pour egg mixture into pan and use a wooden spoon stir egg mixture until thickened and no visible liquid egg remains.
  • Remove from heat and serve immediately.
