Turmeric Chicken Salad

Enjoy healthy turmeric chicken salad throughout the week with this easy meal prep recipe. This chicken salad is made with our organic fortified turmeric powder, which is packed with antioxidants and is anti-inflammatory. The turmeric also gives this dish a delicious peppery flavor. Enjoy with chips, fruit and some cheese for a filling and nurturing lunch. 

Ingredients

  • 1 rotisserie chicken deboned and diced
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise 
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 tablespoon FeelGood Fortified Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  • Prepare the chicken and add to a large bowl.
  • Chop your veggies and mix in with chicken.
  • Add mayonnaise, yogurt, turmeric, garlic and onion powder to bowl and mix everything together until well combined.
  • Salt and pepper to taste. Top with sliced almonds (optional).
  • Enjoy your turmeric chicken salad!
