MARIA SAA, RDN
Maria Saa, RDN, began her career in community nutrition after earning her degree from the University of Houston. She completed her Dietetic Internship with Texas WIC and has remained dedicated to serving families in her community ever since. Over the past six years, Maria has focused on providing accessible nutrition education and improving health outcomes to low-income families, with a special emphasis on pregnancy, infancy, and early childhood.
Maria works closely with families to ensure they receive the guidance and support they need to succeed. In addition to her clinical expertise, she is committed to creating a positive and empowering environment where families feel heard, supported, and equipped to make healthy choices. Her work continues to reflect her mission of promoting long-term wellness and strengthening the communities she serves.

Delaney Gilmore, BSN, RN
Delaney Gilmore, BSN, RN is a registered nurse with a background in health sciences and patient education. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and is credentialed as a Registered Nurse (RN), supporting a clinical and evidence-informed approach to health communication.
Her work focuses on health education and wellness content, with an emphasis on delivering clear, accessible, and responsible information. Delaney combines her nursing training with a strong interest in helping individuals better understand their health and make informed, everyday decisions.
