I recently ran out of this product after using it for about two months and notice a huge difference in my daily glucose readings.\r\nFor the past month or so my fasting glucose readings have been about 85-100, since I ran out three days ago my readings have been 111 and 107 yesterday and today. Normally with this Berberine I could have a few snacks like keto chocolate or gummies and glucose would still be nice and normal. I ate so strictly yesterday, just eggs and sausage for breakfast and chicken with cucumber for dinner and fasting numbers were still higher than normal this morning.
